MediScore360
Clinical scores and calculations.
Find an instrument, understand its scope and make its calculation clear. A library built around the sources, observations and limitations of each score.
Under the hood
Explicit rules. Deterministic calculations.
- React
- JsonLogic
- JSON Schema / Ajv
- Lucide
One case, shared observations
Compatible observations can feed several scores. Instrument-specific criteria remain explicit: a missing input does not become a negative answer.
Independent calculations
Calculation rules remain separate from the React components that present them.
Temporary data
Case values are temporary; starting a new case or closing the page clears them.
Bilingual
French and English share the same score definitions and calculation rules.
Enter. Calculate. Understand.
Find a score
Find an instrument by name or clinical situation. Read its population and context before applying it.
Evaluate a case
Enter observations once and reuse them in compatible scores. Clinical criteria still need to be completed explicitly.
Read the result
Review components, missing data, limitations and references. Preview a note before copying it.
Explicit rules.
Accessible references.
Each score presents its references, version, scope and limitations. Calculations are documented and checked against test cases.

context.
An instrument’s relevance depends on its population, conditions of use and the quality of observations.
A numerical result alone cannot establish a diagnosis or decide on treatment. Technical testing does not establish general clinical validity.
Development and verification continue. The project’s availability will be clarified before public release.
