Understand where your information goes.

Browsing MedLab

MedLab presents research projects, their methods and their limitations. The public pages do not ask you to enter a clinical case, create an account or complete a contact form.

Changing language or exploring a diagram changes what is displayed. These interactions do not send a contact request.

Email and LinkedIn conversations

Contact is your choice. The contact page offers LinkedIn and an email address revealed on click. Revealing the address sends no message; the email link opens your email application, where you choose what to share.

Email messages are received in the MedLab professional mailbox. Processing purposes, who has access to messages and retention periods still need to be documented. On LinkedIn, its own privacy policy applies to the information you share; an account may be required.

Each project has its own scope

A project description on MedLab is separate from using the tool itself. When you visit a project's site, check its own information about data, accounts and terms of use.

A shared MedLab identity does not, by itself, imply that health data is shared between the projects.

Technical data and cookies

A hosted website may generate technical logs, including an IP address, access time and browser information. The published information must describe the site's actual configuration, including any cookies and their retention periods.

Before publication: the hosting configuration, cookies, purposes, recipients and retention periods remain to be verified for medlab.wf. This draft does not promise a tracker-free live website.

A question about your information?
